Peace Bell with Koby
This morning we traveled into Hiroshima and saw some of the historic monuments that represented the longing for peace and remembrance. Some of the more notable ones were the preserved dome from the blast, the clock stuck on 8:15, as well as the arch that commemorates all the people who died as a result of the nuclear bombing.
Then we toured the museum filled with records that the atomic bomb effect had on the city. It also had first person accounts and stories about the horrific aftermath following the bomb. Alongside old belongings that remained barely intact.
We had a nice group lunch at Japanese restaurant ( Otyoya-Gohan)
After lunch we spent time at arcade
