Day 2 Hostfamily time

the host family pics by Mr. Zurn . Thank you !!!

So after the long train ride we finally arrived and met our host families. We didn’t do much that night because I only slept for about an hour on the plane.
After we got past the language barrier, we watched some TV and went to bed. I got to sleep on a very thin pad (about 1 inch thick). It wasn’t very nice.
Woke up around 4 AM local time, rolled around a bit. Then my host family woke up. I took a shower then ha some very nice food. Nothing special, just a sandwich (mayo and lettuce).
After that, we went shopping at the dollar store where I got some chopsticks, cola candy, and a bowl. After that we went to buy fireworks and go to a local market. One thing interesting is that a lot of the food is grown locally. On the train you pass a lot of farms and green lands, which is cool.
After watching more TV and it started to get dark, we went outside to do fireworks.
